From Courage to Overcome to Culture Catalyst
Tamela launched Courage To Thrive Consulting after years of working in therapeutic and leadership spaces where culture was the silent force, either empowering or eroding everything.

What began as a commitment to hold space for healing through Courage to Overcome evolved into a consulting firm that boldly confronts culture at its core. CTTC equips systems and leaders to recognize what is actually happening beneath the surface and to lead with courage, clarity, and care.
